Kenneth S. Levine

Mr. Levine focuses his practice on whistleblower claims and complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini, Mr. Levine worked in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Government and Healthcare Fraud section, handling claims under the False Claims Act and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Among other matters, Mr. Levine managed a billing fraud claim which resulted in the State of New Jersey’s largest-ever False Claims Act settlement outside the healthcare sector; claims against nursing homes and other health care providers; and claims involving violations of healthcare, labor, securities, environmental, debt collection, pension, and procurement regulations and laws.

Prior to his work at the Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Levine represented clients in complex commercial disputes in New York City, including as an in-house counsel for a private equity company and at a large international law firm. Mr. Levine began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
